OUR STORY

Paul and Jerome are lifelong friends. They have always had a community-based mindset and were entrepreneurs even at the age of 11! They hosted a haunted house on Main Street for several years in Pittston as young kids. As adults, they still have the same community-based mindset. Now, instead of scaring the neighbors, they are making their homes nicer one kitchen and one bathroom at a time!

Where did the name Perfect Storm come from?

Jerome was installing kitchens and bathrooms for another company and Paul was designing kitchens for one of the nation's largest home improvement brands.

"You're installing for someone else... I'm designing for someone else...If we just got together and started our own company, it would be a PERFECT STORM."

Since then, Perfect Storm has completed hundreds of projects large and small in the area. Now, one of the top-rated remodelers regionally, we look forward to doing your project too!

Paul Williams

Senior Designer

Paul Williams is a Senior Designer whose career has been primarily focused on design, bringing years of experience to kitchen and bath projects of all sizes. He holds the NKBA Floor Plans & Specifications badge, demonstrating expertise in space planning, layout development, and detailed project documentation. Paul is also certified in 2020 / Cyncly Design software, allowing him to create precise, functional designs and clear visual representations for clients.

Working closely with homeowners, Paul develops well-planned spaces that balance aesthetics, practicality, and buildability. With strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, he helps guide clients confidently from initial concept through final selections.

Jerome Sulkoski

Owner

Jerome Sulkoski is the Owner and Director of Operations at Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath, overseeing the day-to-day functions that keep projects running efficiently and clients well served. He manages coordination between design, production, vendors, and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet the company’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Jerome is also dedicated to researching, vetting, and introducing new products and materials that align with Perfect Storm’s performance, durability, and design standards. His focus on operational excellence, product quality, and clear communication helps deliver a consistent, high-level experience from planning through completion and supports the continued growth of the company.

Matt Generotti

Senior Designer

Matt Generotti is a Senior Designer and brings a lifetime of experience in home services to every project he leads. With a deep understanding of how homes function beyond the surface, Matt designs kitchens and bathrooms that are not only beautiful, but practical, durable, and built to last. He works closely with clients from initial concept through completion, translating their vision into thoughtfully planned spaces that reflect their lifestyle. Known for his attention to detail, material knowledge, and collaborative approach, Matt plays a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Jordan Berk

Materials & Logistics Coordinator

Jordan plays a crucial role in keeping our renovation projects running smoothly from start to finish. He works directly with our manufacturers to place and track all material orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Jordan also manages receiving and coordinates deliveries to job sites, making sure crews have everything they need when they need it. With strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, Jordan helps keep every project on schedule and materials flowing seamlessly.

Taylor Smith

Administrative Coordinator

Taylor Smith serves as our Administrative Coordinator and is at the forefront of client relations and scheduling at Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath. She is often the first point of contact for clients, helping coordinate appointments, timelines, and ongoing communication throughout the remodeling process. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Taylor keeps schedules running smoothly while ensuring clients feel informed and supported. Her professionalism and responsiveness play a key role in delivering a positive, well-organized experience from initial contact through project completion.
